By accessing this website, booking a session, participating in any training session, or engaging with services provided by Dontay’s Inferno, LLC (“Inferno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services or participate in any training activities.
2. Services Provided
Inferno provides fitness training services, including but not limited to:
Group training sessions
Personal training
Trial classes and promotional offers
Fitness coaching and programming
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
3. Free Trial Offer
Inferno may offer a free trial consisting of multiple training sessions.
By claiming a free trial, you agree to the following:
The offer is available to new members only
No payment method is required to claim the trial
Once the first class is attended, remaining sessions must be completed within the same calendar week
Trial availability may be limited and subject to scheduling
Inferno reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time.
4. Memberships and Billing
Memberships are billed via invoices issued through a third-party payment processor.
By enrolling in a membership, you agree:
To pay all invoices in full and on time
That access to services may be restricted if payment is not received
That membership terms may be updated with reasonable notice
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks.
By participating in any Inferno training session, you acknowledge and agree:
That physical exercise includes risks such as injury, illness, or other physical complications
That you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
That you are responsible for determining your physical readiness to participate
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Dontay’s Inferno, LLC, its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising out of your participation.
You acknowledge that a separate waiver may also be required prior to participation.
6. Health and Medical Responsibility
You represent that:
You are in good physical condition or have consulted a qualified medical professional prior to participation
You will inform staff of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations
You will stop participation if you experience discomfort, pain, or concern
Inferno is not responsible for any health issues that arise from participation.
7. Minors
Participants under the age of 18:
Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
Require a parent or guardian to sign all required waivers and agreements
The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation.
8. Media Release
Inferno may capture photos or videos during training sessions for marketing and promotional purposes.
By participating in services, you acknowledge:
That you may be recorded in group or individual settings
That Inferno may use this content for marketing, social media, advertising, and promotional use
Inferno will seek consent for identifiable testimonials or transformation content; however, general participation in recorded environments may still occur.
9. Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
To maintain a safe and positive environment, all participants are expected to act respectfully.
Inferno reserves the right to:
Refuse service to any individual
Remove participants from sessions
Terminate memberships
This may occur due to behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the culture and standards of Inferno.
10. Scheduling and Participation
By booking a session, you agree:
To arrive on time and prepared to participate
That availability is limited and subject to change
That participation is not guaranteed without prior booking
Inferno is not responsible for missed sessions.
11. Technology, Tracking, and Communications
By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree that Inferno may use:
CRM systems
Advertising platforms
Tracking technologies such as pixels and analytics tools
These are used to improve services, communication, and marketing performance.
You may receive communication via email, SMS, or other channels related to your inquiry, booking, or participation.
12. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Inferno, including but not limited to:
Training programs
Videos and media
Branding and materials
are the property of Dontay’s Inferno, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Dontay’s Inferno, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of services.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
15. Updates to Terms
Inferno reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
